I have been requesting like almost a month now but still paypal always telling me they got problems downgrading it?

I wanted to be downgraded to personal account type coz every time some one send me money they always get a cut because of fees like 1.9% to 2.9% + $0.30 USD. And according to their fees paypal to paypal if in personal account there is no fee but got a $500 limit withdrawal/spending I guess.

    What you think?

Paypal is not a charity and it needs to make money in order to survive and be around in the foreseeable future to help you make money.

The Personal account as the name suggest is for personal usages and not for making money from. There are thus serious restrictions to the account and to remain free you can only accept paypal balances and that would restrict you to a small pool of customers, existing paypal sellers from the 40 countries. With the premier account, you have the license to use the account to make money and you are opened to the members from all the 190+ countries who may not be sellers on paypal.

If you opt to downgrade to a personal account, make sure that you keep under the radar and do not have Paypal suspect that you are abusing their service by not wanting to pay them their fees.

Since you are already making money from your customers, you should pay paypal for their services. If you frankly believe that the fees you pay paypal is not worth it then use some other services instead which would satisfy your needs at the fees you are willing to pay.

Personally are you making money from your customers or you are doing what you are doing for free because that is what you are planning to do to paypal.

PayPal allows downgrade from Premiere/Business account to Personal once on each account. If you have already requested a downgrade to Personal account in past you can't not have your account downgraded.

Currently for last known 3-4 months PayPal downgrade system is out of order. So you wont get your account downgraded any time soon. (I am have been requesting them to downgrade my Business account to Premiere since last December but each time they send a same reply saying it is technically not possible at the moment, and i should request them some other time.

    Good Luck!

With a personal account, Paypal earns nothing for providing you the services which cost them money to do so. You could increase your fees to cover the cost and make money for yourself. Instead of charging $1 or $2 for your service, you could increase it to $1.50 to $2.50 .

You might want to consider going over to Moneybookers.com or something where there is no fees for receiving money and your customers pays all the fees.
