It's been many months since I posted my last please review thread. Have worked alot on this site, still needs much much more, but I'm happy with it so far. Any suggestions/feedback would be lovely Cheers Samantha
which site are we suppose to review? I assume its horseriding.org ? I think the site looks pretty good. The color combo used are attractive and pleasant to the eye, except maybe the Google Adsense's blue links, it doesn't mesh with the rest of the site's color scheme, but if you intentionally did it that way to gain ppl's attention to the ads , then i suppose its ok (im no expert on adsense). I would prefer the forum to be open to people who haven't registered though (guests). I mean people would want to know if the forum is healthy and active , or if the forum will be useful to them before they register to participate. But thats just my 2 cents.
Sorry site is: http://www.horserides.org Your right with adsense colour, blending looks better but doesn't convert as well, I change often because of this, and perhaps might just stick with blending. As for the forums, I've had some really bad spammers posting rather offensive content lately, and the site is viewed by alot of younger people, just a precaution measure for now. Thanks for the review Cheers Samantha
What an awesome website about horses. I have always wanted a horse. Visiting your site gives a good feeling. Would you also review my site about wrinkle cream. http://www.topwrinklecream.net Clara
Wow! I like the site. Especially the banner, looks very professional. One thing is, can you change the text font of your poll? But overall, very good job!
Thanks for the feedback The poll is only temporary.. just trying to get a feel on what visits want, has only been up a day. Cheers Samantha
good idea with the site. My main concern is that if i click on something at the top, such as "horse directory" or "horse movies", it opens a new browser window. Is that what you want it to do? And I'm glad to see "the man from snowy river" listed there. you know there is a sequel to right?
I sure do ! Yes I wasn't sure about the "open in new window" option. I have a good internal link structure so perhaps this is not needed.. Thanks for the tips Cheers Samantha
