    Sorry to put a dampner on this but you'll find it's harder to rank and sell off than the usuals since it's not a valid Top Level Domain, it's a subdomain.... How many .uk.com's, .gb.com's and now .uk.net! do you see ranking away in google? Very very few....

    Its not a subdomain

    It is a ccTLD Domains name

    And you are talking about ranking in google for ccTLD domain name

    you should check google result first

    Exception to the rule with that, I was making a point about the rankings of uk.com's, .gb.com's and .uk.net's by refering to them as sub's...... Yes they're ccTLD's but still, most people have terrible luck with .uk.com's and such like, and they don't seem to perform as well as your usual ccTLD's & TLD's...

    But you don't see them rank that often. So appologies to you!

    Still a very Brandable domain name though!

    uk.net is not a ccTLD.
    uk.net is owned by a private company called www.CentralNic.net who lease out subdomains at US$63/year.
    The worry is that they could go the same way as web.com who leased out subdomains for years but in late 2007 canceled that program and all xxxx.web.com site-owners lost their domains.
