Two ways you can earn money are... a) Be a programmer on freelance sites - this needs skills, knowledge and hard work. Skills are nothing but simple typing, data entry to article writing to web research to designing...any thing like that. Lot of projects outsources regularly on freelance sites. You need to do a lot of research before deciding how to earn money. Choosing a niche is very important. Hang out where online marketers gather - this forum of course; the main one - Warrior Forum; Wicked Fire (they are a bit mean to noobs though!); EWealth etc and read and learn as much as you can. If you just dive in without knowing what you are doing then you are likely to lose a lot of money by chasing your tail. Take a look at Travis' "Bum Marketing" method for Clickbank products (you can use it for any products really) and he'll walk you step by step, via a set of free videos on how to promote and profit from affiliate marketing. Without spending money on adwords or other promotion. Find the right niche, build a website try to get some decent content and sign up for a couple of affiliate marketing programs like Commission Junction and Affiliate Future. Start reading all you can find about the topic and read the related posts on this forum. Don't forget it will take alot of time and effort.
In my opinion, I wouldn't even waste my time joining any one's affliate program right away. I think you should do the following: 1. Come up with an ideal for a website that will be popular. What ever you do, make sure it is a popular ideal. For example, I use to own a site that was geared towards Yard Sales. It didn't do that well and I end up shutting it down. 2. Work really hard to bring in traffic. SEO (search engine optimization) is good, but it usually takes a while for it to kick in. Things like Google Adwords would get you immediate exposure. But if you get nothing but curiousity clicks, it can become really expensive. There are other ways to attract traffic like city papers, newspaper, magazines, radio commericials, tv commercials, post cards, and business cards. Just accept the fact that you will have to spend money for advertising. None of this is going to be any good if the content on your site is not interesting. (see #1) 3. After you have a decent amount of traffic coming to your site, THEN AND ONLY THEN, should you be joining affliate programs/Google Adsense. If you join before without significant traffic, you are going to be discouraged by the lack of sales.

They key to earning money (online, in this case) takes some balancing act between your choice for niche, startup and running costs, your expertise, market potential amongst many. I have a couple of advices for you. Watch your expenses Don't let complacency take you over Proactive spirit and nothing else brings business Settle to your chosen niche as quickly as possible. Here are a few things to consider: Figure out what you want to do and your financial goals: a) What are your good at/passionate about? b) How much do you want to make (monthly)? Research: a) What are the different ways of making money and what are the tools needs? (A search will yield plenty of results). Of course, don't forget to check out "Internet marketing University", which is in the process of being re-released but should have excellent FREE resources and tutorials (videos) for you. b) If you don't want to have a website or a blog (which is highly recommended), than consider Affiliate marketing (Clickbank, MoreNiche) Ultimately, it will take research on your part. Tedious - sure, but its well worth it. I encourage you to do a full-week of research, 3 to 4 hours a day, and than determine the best next steps for you.
