Try onArcade.com or phpArcadeScript.com GSS has bad support. You modify where you put the ads, as most scritps dont come with Ad Placements.
Yeah but what to do if i'm total idiot and don't know how to put these ads at script? I find it hard for me to even upload them
GSS has provided great support for me... Luigi always seems to answer all my questions (probably 10+ so far) within a day or two.

You could, but it is better to host a design contest for a template that you can integrate with a script. The Template Monster templates are usually too image-heavy and not really appropriate for an arcade site. Most of them are meant for platform-gaming portals.
Have a look at www.phparcadescript.com its not much to get one started. or you could go the free script route where all you do is add the domain and hosting. you can buy many different templates for phpas. along with game packs. free script is located here http://www.avscripts.net/avarcade/ all you do is buy the game pack and then hosting and domain name. There is no legal way to get a paid script for free. Unless you want to go illegal and use pirated version.
