So I contacted PR Photos. However they only sell pics to the media. I am still trying to find out how all the myspace layout sites and graphic sites use all the celebrity pics or where they get them from. I want to create some layouts ect but I dont want to do it and get in trouble. Anyone know how or where I can get the pics at`?
99% are stolen, however no legal action is ever taken because to them it is PR and exposure for the Celeb's. However that are 2 main types of photo's on the web. These are PR/Marketing pics and Paps pics. If you use Pap's pic's then they are the ones that will potentially take legal action.
