I require a couple of website's. They must not be (Proxy,Arcade,Wordpress blogs).

Niche's are welcome although the following i normally deal with are:

Forums
Web development website's
Tutorial/article website's.

Looking for something making revenue through google adsense daily, I do need full proof of stats, PR is not a must, But i prefer a PR as it s

Traffic is a must, i dont want anything less than 100 unique visitors per day.

I dont want a website with a free template or a common known design, I have dealt with thousands of websites and templates, as an author myself i can sniff one out in an instance.

I have a max of $450 to spend, may push it only if i think the website is "Usefull".

Post your offers for website's in here, if your website meets the requirements above and is lower than $300 thats fantastic, i still want to know.
