    Hello

I own a website in Italy which was ranked high in Google for some relevant keywords for my niche, but yesterday when i checked to see how it`s going I noticed that my website was not on the front page(not eaven on the five one) for expected keywords.

Why is happening this and what measurements should I take ?

I think is not sand box effect because my website is 2 years old...and many of the backlinks are natural or are coming from directories like DMOZ and such.

Thanks in advance for your help !

Wait a few days, this is not an uncommon event. If you haven't changed any designs or major content it's probably just temporary. However, the fact still remains your site could have been de-ranked due to algorithmic changes or loss of quality backlinks.
