    Reason For Selling: Looking to create a website for my local community and don't have the time to run both

    Why would you buy: For a number of reasons, one its ranked top 10 most of the time in google.co.uk for the search term 'warez' and on the second page for the same search term on google.com. Revenue is quite good and is outlined below. Already built up a vibrant community and 4000+ members. Ranks well in katz.cd with a 3* and is currently being reviewed to become a 4* so loads of guests visiting and potential revenue. Domain is over a year old so it will always rank well in google. You can have the remainder of the month hosting free and i will give you the contact person to carry on hosting it on a secure server, he charges $50 a month for hosting. Looking for a quick sell so its a bargain buy. Site has a PR3

    Revenue: I never ran any ad's until recently and have been using 'neverblueads' with good success, here is a screenshot of earnings from last month
