can we get emails of all countries freely,or is it better to buy for 10$.

You shouldn't buy any. Barely any of them will open your email and you'll be out $10.
Build a legitimate email list through Aweber and you'll receive much better results.

 

Spamming? It won't work. 99% of advertisements sent through email are sent directly to the spam folders. It's illegal and it's not effective marketing strategy so why bother.

 

You'll be unhappy in two ways. 1st you won't get any worthwhile results and 2nd you'll be out $10. Do it the old fashioned way work for you email list.

spammin or bulk messages now days dont work . email services detect them and put in bulk folder.. no one cares to check it from der

 

first, those emails must be generated using some dictionary words and i don;t believe any of them will be opt in addresses.
second, that list you are considering to buy have been sold million other times so not a single soul will read the email you will be sending.
