** $10 graphic - Easy Job - Possible BONUS - Need done fast ***

Hi, I need a quick graphic made for a itnerview page I am making. Something really professional. Below are the guidelines.

Size: Something around: 480 Width - 100 to 150 height

I want these 2 graphics to make up the main graphic.

First one I want on one side, then a " + " graphic, then on other side I want the next graphic. here are the 2 graphics.

Need it a littler bigger.

Take away that + sign - i just want a normal + sign.

TEXT - i need th text to be more professional and stream line.

ALOS - ----- you can make it beigger if you want if its easier - height is no problem, cant go past 500 width though
