Adult website -> Adsense money maker ?

I've recently watched someone that started off with an adult website from 0 vis to around 10 000 in 2 months or less . After he gained 10 000 uniq + / day he redirected all his vis to a website of his non adult content with Adsense on it and a real good paying content as I saw .. . He boos that website from 1 000+ uniq/day to 12 000+ uniq/day .
My questions is .. it that ... " legal " ? Meaning .. cant Adsense do something about it ? I think its not fari to those wich spend nights trying to get a poor amount of trafic to their websites ..
What do you guys think ?

I don't think that's legal. That will show up as inorganic traffic.

I think as long as there is no Adsense ads in the adult site, it is fine under TOS.

this issue was 2 months ago , i can see that he still has Adsense on his website ..
the only fact here is that its a little unfair for the rest ..
hope google can sorten things out in the future

He'll probably get banned under the generic "invalid clicks" reason, or get smart priced real bad.

That's definitely not a smart idea. While this could work in the short term, he will get banned sooner or later.
Exposing at risk your account for a few more bucks, it's just not worth it.

So funny how people who have no idea what they are talking about provide statements like: not fair, he is gonna get banned etc..

I monetize adult traffic for a long time with adsense, and never had any problem as i am not breaking any TOS. You gotta be smart.

We are more helpful bringing some heat to him so he can keep his adsense account than people saying it's a smart idea just to see him lose the best money making solution on the web right now.

Somewhat clever? Maybe. Dangerous enough to not make it worthwhile? Definitely.

It's not complicated people, if you trick visitors in any way, it's not a good idea with adsense. Go for the long run, especially if you're young. Losing 10 years worth of future revenue which might add up to hundreds of thousand for a few thousands now is not a good deal.

Its not that from where you are getting traffic.....No one has control on that.....so a traffic from 301 redirect or from SE.. he is not violating any terms of adsense....I think he is fine......But Not sure when you will be banned for nothing...

why not? You guys have any idea how adsense works? they check your referrals. If referal traffic > search engine traffic and you are generating adsense money = FLAG. Someone will check that original site= You know the result, don't you?

    makes sense?
