Problem with My Domain

    Hi all

I have the site http://www.rapidshareprotect.com for a little while. Today I saw that no adsense is being displayed on my site. I was wondering why this has happened.
(I've already contacted Google for that am waiting for their answer.)

I came with some ideas and I'm here to see why this has happened.

    1. The first is the word rapidshare in my url which I think is the main reason for being banned.

    2. The download link which was hidden before between two 700x90 banners.
(But now I have removed one of the banners)
    See here:
    http://www.rapidshareprotect.com/rs/cmFwaWQxMjAxc2hhcmUMOSAV/DGGH2007.rar

But I don't think this is the reason because if you see another site(not my site):
    http://www.rsprotect.com/rc-UmM4gzNlRTM/NS-BIO4.r16
    Code (markup):
Just see how he's hidden the download link behind the google ads.

I don't think this is the reason, I didn't have a high ctr (around 5%) and the ecpm was high(I wasn't smart priced)

    3. I had a text before that,
Maybe this was the reason and google thought I'm asking the visitors to click on the ads.
    I've changed it now to
Hoping this will help the site to be unbanned.

If the no1(rapidshare ) in domain is the problem I'm going to change the domain.

Is this a question of a problem with rapidshare or google? With regard to google, they seem to have a right to choose whom to accept or not and it doesn't seem you have a constitutionally protected right that is preventing your acceptance to their ad program.

That seems to be the problem with some people: confusing right with privilege.
I've also yet to find any constitution, U.S. or not, that says one has the right
to have their way with another.

I think the problem is from rapidshare inside my domain.
Wanted to make sure and get some ideas.
BTW I've got another domain http://linkin.ws for my site

That sounds like your problem to me. It is clearly against Google's TOS. Hiding links probably caused mistaken clicks on the ads.

If they have only blocked this site and not your entire account you should consider yourself lucky.

You should probably contact Google and have them explain the situation. Guessing/presuming is probably not the best thing to do. Please let us know what happens.
