I have new projects coming up almost every week, so I was looking for a programer who can make up all my projects actually,
Willing to pay $7 per hour rate for your work ( only for a real work not 1hour work and 5hours rest ;) )
Please PM me some of your recent works and your contact id (YM/MSN/SKYPE id )

Just a pre-warner, I could work at macdonalds for more than this :/, most indians wont even hit that low man. I don't want you to get someone that does you a chop job though, so i'm just suggesting you up your price a bit; just for your own sake.

Dude that is £3.50 per hour. Are you having someone on. I work in call centre and get £7.00 plus bonus. Jeez im glad I gave up freelancing and just concentrating on my own sites if that is how low prices are going.

The problem began when people started massively underselling their services unfortunately. Remember, pay cheap get crap.

I will never grasp how I can get paid more for a completely unskilled, unqualified role than someone who has, even if not got the papers, worked damn hard to learn what they did. Crazy times

Just to be fair, I get so many clients after they have gone with 3 guys that charge this much. It's better just to go with a professional firm or someone with a viable portfolio and legible records.

It's just like any other industry, people don't understand that; the problem is, there is no true standard for viable service. Maybe one day you will have to be a licensed freelancer that has to past a state test or something. For now, you just have a bunch of unskilled, claiming to be skilled, or can't do the work well. I'm not saying their all like that but 95%+ are.

Standardized tests would prove nothing but the ability to pass a test.

True & not true, depends on the test given; there are many tests that actually test an individuals knowhow and skill in a field, which is the first step. What you can't actually test is work ethic.
