    I bought this site a few months ago but new projects means a) I dont have the time and b) I need the money.

    The site makes just over $70 / month from adsense. With a little marketing and addin a little bit more content you could easily increase this significatly.

    my site earn $400 Month and I just ask for $300.

    I don't think it worth that much!

    if the traffic for his site is org then asking for 10 times the price is nothing to be amazed of....Amazing is that you are selling your 400$ pm site for 300$

    Why would you ask $300 for a site that is making $400 / month? that just doesnt make sense!

    Also my BIN price is 10 times the monthly revenue which i feel is reasonable for a Buy It Now price.

    Im not neccessarily saying that thats whats happend here but.... Thats a tell-tale sign of the site being blocked from adsense, for whatever reason.
