Agreed. It might not be perfect, but as long as we can all help one another, who cares. For the most part, I'm surprised with the English of a lot of foreigners.

What really gripes me is the poor grammar of those for whom English is obviously their first language. I think that it impacts the credibility of the writer if (s)he can't communicate properly.

I think not HORRIBLE. Because here r members of all part of world. So they use sometime their specific country English.
