It's not often I get to mention directory owners and designers in a positive light as I'm hard to please. But I'm delighted I can on this occasion to be able to do so. Syed, (Smub) know to all directory owners excelled when I set him a task of creating a design for our directory blog at cantufind. With a superfast turnover and even better customer service. I'd highly recommend to any directory owners to use his design services. Give the guy as much green as you can he does the directory owners proud.
I do like it actually. It's clean, and uncomplicated, and fits the design of the rest of the site well. One suggestion would be to put some relevant links on the blogroll though
This is the most professional looking design I have seen Syed do. Shame you had to hire someone that can code aswell as design I lost my coding opportunity there! Its nice to see the blog matching the directory itself very well. Simple yet effective design. Smub might want to check IE8 BETA - it can be ran alongside IE7. The only issue is the text in the search input box being too low.
Well I have to say, I'm disgusted that someone gave me 5 red simply because they don't appear to like smub. How pathetic. @Hyper; It is directory related, its related to the artistic talent of one of the better known names on the directory scene at the moment. You jealous or something? And for the record, let's get this straight. I never asked for a review I was praising a fellow of the directory industry on his talents. @Mikey; I've got lots more projects on the way and haven't forgotten you mate. I hope smub picks up on the errors you noticed. @rhyswynne; I agree, any suggestions, the blog is very new and all tips would be taken on board.
