    Not sure of the name of the script. It was i know a standard script that was modified. (someone other than me built the site)

    It has an Admin area where you can edit or delete links ansd make other adjustments.

    Yes it requires a Mysql database.

    I have a banner in rotation at TriPHP.com Forums. I had 2 months at 2 proxy sites, and the rest is mostly promoting in Forums.I also have a feature in my Squidoo lense.
    Also Digg and Stumble, and a load of directory submissions.
    So not alot, and with good results from a little then with some decent promotion you can see its great potential.
