    Hey

How bad is it to get a hacker to wipe a personal computer, and how would i go about doing so? Is there big jail time for anything like this?

It's illegal to cause damage and 'hack'. So don't do it and if you want to do something dangerous don't endanger others with you, do it your self.

You mean wipe somebody else's computer without their permission?
Why do you want to do this?

What kind of access do you have to the target computer? Depending on the stupidity of the user, you could probably just send them a batch file.

It's not illegal to "hack", it's illegal to commit crimes. :)

so your telling me I can access your computer without permission backdoor you and just leave and that wouldn't be illegal? or are you reffering to a different type of hack?

I think it's about as bad as vandalism or destruction of property. But they can get you for a multitude of crimes depending on what sort of "hack" you do.

In other case is like hiring a hit man

If you want to do that, don't post it here (you're leaving evidence)

That's exactly what I was thinking.

To test the security of a system, normally companies hire security consultant firms to do PIN tests and such, they are not called hackers but consultants :)

Good luck! For a hacker it shouldn't be that hard.
