How illegal is hiring a hacker? And where can you?

How bad is it to get a hacker to wipe a personal computer, and how would i go about doing so? Is there big jail time for anything like this?

It's illegal to cause damage and 'hack'. So don't do it and if you want to do something dangerous don't endanger others with you, do it your self.

so your telling me I can access your computer without permission backdoor you and just leave and that wouldn't be illegal? or are you reffering to a different type of hack?

sounds like you wish to erase some evidence of a deal or something?

what you're trying to do is a crime and misuse of a person's skills

but hey even though you will go to jail and get into troubles, looking form both side,

1. you get goal accompished

2. similar treat to this

 

not only will you be prosecuted with jail time, you will also be made to pay big time. not to mention the fact that your family and friends will be frowned upon

 

I think it's about as bad as vandalism or destruction of property. But they can get you for a multitude of crimes depending on what sort of "hack" you do.

It's legall if you hire one to test your networl/servers/site security

In other case is like hiring a hit man

Hiring hackers might be legal to test the security of your websites maybe.. But this is not legal
