Hey guys, I hope this is the right place to post this. I am not getting a lot of traffic, and am lacking RSS feeds. I want to boost up my traffic by running a competition. I just have one problem. I know people use competitions to create more traffic.. but thats the only problem. I do not have a lot of traffic to start with. I am only going to give away my prize when I reach X number of RSS readers. Any suggestions?
Run a contest wherein one could join by subscribing AND blogging about the contest. That way, more people will subscribe and the word about your contest will be spread. Just make sure you offer an attractive prize!
I am also trying to get a competition up and running to promote my blog. I have offered a free one way link on the contest page to any blog/website that wants to let there readers know of the competiton. NO replies at yet though
