    Ok sorry but the only main part is that it has PR4.

    Traffic is low, i give you WordPress theme with plugins and SQL Bases.

    No need to apologise my friend, at the end of the day if you think its worth that much to you, ignore what myself and others say, and stick to your own thoughts/appraisal.

    I like it and thats what i would pay for it. $150-$200.

    Best of luck with the sale mate, at the end of the day if someone wants it that bad they will pay it. If i had the cash i would pay your price. because its a nice concept. and i have ideas for it.

    Read the about page, the main topic it is a good idea for SEO Wordpress page, good domain to biuld daily update website, i just don't have time for this. When i put online there new stuff i have traffic there.
