Why can't I transfer .asia domain now, I'm registered by Godaddy

I tried 'Initiate Account Change' but at the end of the 2 steps after entering all the new registrant information and email, it prevented me from changing all the information and transferring by saying:

Initiate Account Change
Selected items could not be processed.

Requested action is not allowed for this TLD (domain extension): xxx.asia



What is wrong? Do I have to wait a certain period before I can transfer it to another owner?

 

I want to transfer an .asia also, I am not allowed to tranffered too.

 

its tied in for 60 days - i dont think you can change the ns records for 60 days either

ns records you can change at godaddy, but not at eurodns..

For transfering i have not tried it yet.

 

I have now checked with Godaddy support also about transferring. Here is their response:

 

Yeah, it's the same response I got from them. Thanks! Guess I'd have to wait a while before I can sell my .asia domains.

 

that is ok. the longer we keep the domians, the more valuable they are.
