I am fond of experimenting ways to earn money online. I implement a project and give it a week or two. If it doesn't earn me decent money, I drop it. Time=Money.
SO true, though I'm more on the freelancing side, I also earn through the other side. Also, it could have been better if you provided links to those articles you talked about +repped
Yup, that is pretty sad. However, you can buy stuff for cheaper there than U.S . Not to mention, India is willing to take on any project for much cheaper price which ruined everything for the programmers who lived in U.S who paid $xx,xxx-$xxx,xxx to go to University and learn.
This is not a zero sum game, it is precisely because of the influx of Indian talents that the USA software companies are able to maintain their competitative edge. This is an inevitable part of globalization.
This guy must have read rich dad poor dad I agree, even if you have money stupidity will grab it and run. Knowelage before money. Because you'll always have it.
i disagree, knowldge isnt money, there's lots of smart and knowledgeable people around, its how you use the knowledge you have that makes the difference. unmotivated people with no vision that are smart and know shitloads about their industry still fail.
This thread is going off-topic. Olgi made a point concerning webmasters who are 17 or less. These webmasters or programmers, you'll find in India and rest of the world as well. The problem is no matter where they are located, they are spending their time working for peanuts when they are supposed to learn. I've seen a number of threads here at DP offering $10 for diggs, link exchange etc.
I really agree with you, Olgi. However I personaly have no 3-2 years of free time for learning. I must earn a living. Your advince is good for people having full bank accounts. I try to make money and to learn at one time. Sorry, my poor English, I've been studing it without a teacher.
There is a lot of distance education courses some leading up to diplomas or degrees nowadays which are accredited and should be worth your while. A cert in hand is sometimes useful if you are looking for a job. Knowledge gained from the course may help you in more ways than you may know.
Knowledge has the potential to make you money only when you apply the knowledge to make money. Without the application, knowledge is just knowing something.
You need to have the knowledge in the first place in order to apply it, therefore you need to study to gain the knowledge.
Nice to see very good posts here,i totally agree with you, thats why i spent a lot of time learning new stuff here at DP
Knowledge is money! Right ! But what,if one can n’t use it properly ? Manner, place, time & proper guidance(MPTG) play dominant roles when it comes anything related to knowledge & success. All of the four factors are equally important,as I experienced ! Knowledge is generated from learning and lesson (education) has no substitute! So,its most important to become a good student(learner) in timely. Great, And I salute them and their efforts(willingness) to become independent with their toys.
I can agree with you about learning and working hard to make more money online, but I'm going to disagree with you about working for peanuts being a bad thing. I think as long as people are making an effort to make money on the internet and are trying, then they are headed in the right direction. Work hard with what opportunities and skills you have right now, and who knows what tomorrow will bring
That’s the greatest greatness of Indians ! Not only technically experts, but also there are many experts lightening the world in various sectors around the world ! For example# Some of Indians here are the burning examples of finest education before earning index ! Education has no substitute.By the way,all the world leading Indians are nurtured by the care of those RS 8000/mth ideals ! This is the world !
