i received few pms asking me if they could submit private , yes it's allowed but you have to post here in this thread that you submited an entry .
It is up to the contest holder to run it however they like on DP as there are no rules in place for this sort of thing, but it does tend to scare off a lot of designers.

Doesn't seem like any reason not to enter though. Plus it appears that he/she is Canadian... who everyone know are totally awesome
I submitted an entry via PM.. the CH (commandos) is very reputable DP'ers! I always have a great deal with the CH.. the payment issue is not a problem... =)
