Adsense help on article site

since all my pages have different content niches is there a good chance i could get high paying clicks on the high paying keyword content pages?
for example articles about mesothelioma or loans etc

yes but mostly if you have general websites general ads appear not specific like mesothelioma even you have a page about it

 

is there anyway to get the ads more specific

untrue - my www.writeitonthewall.co.uk shows relevant ads quite nicely.

to the thread starter: post your ads near your content and it should pick up the page content
