In Dar al Harb, women are free to dress and travel as they please -- without the threat of rape to force them into obedience.

I m finding it hard again to understand all what you post, you used normal country like Israel and USA, in a comparison, this means you should use on the other side a word or expression opposite to normal like "not normal" but instead you used Muslims countries, does that mean Muslims countries are not normal? and you did not give examples like when you did with normal countries, does that mean all Muslims countries are not normal? if so what makes them normal in your opinion?
let's see... for example: according to the Jewish tradition eating pork is forbidden. most of the Jews aren't eating pork. but, there is still a lot of restaurants and stores that selling pork in Israel. it is exactly the opposite in most of the Muslims countries.
