    Is the SEO score tool of any value? I have a score of 99% does that mean anything?

    If you're talking about the "SEO Score" from DomainTools.com then no. It's not worth anything. As ssandecki said, it's just for entertainmet value only.

    Yes sure SEO Score keep a value Because the Search Engine give you score on your website qualilty which are include somethings very imported thats are your website designing your website View your website wieght so how many time your website is opening and its also account your back links and much more then its can give you good score and one thing more if you want to increase more SEO Score then always use CSS its better.

    Things like that are often gimmicky, keeps you going back to check, constant traffic for the site where the tool is.

    You mean a tool which scores your website? No, even if there is one, dont fall for it - only a real professional SEO can score your website manually.
