Im Selling my local social networking community with 4656+ active members. The site has a custom template and logo and lots of money has gone into adding extra features..
The site is using PHPFox script license, costing $450, including powered by phpfox removal. The current version is 1.6 build19 with updates/patches

This is a great opportunity and lots of potential for an enthusiastic owner and can generate lots of income!
While im only asking for about less the $.30 per member, sites like youtube sold for $27.00 per member, and myspace sold for $22.00 per member (please correct if that is wrong). I Have seen a few phpfox sites on sitepoint with less then 1200 members sell for over $1,500 ~ Blahblahbox.com Social Networking Site which sold for $1,300.00 and NoEmos.com - with about 1,785 members sold for $1,200.00

The site traffic screenshot has the site name blurred. Why is that?

And adsense channel screenshot not shown.

Just my doubts. I was planning on bidding before viewing the screenshots. But after viewing the screenshots, Ive my doubts.....

 

Hosting is provided by knownhost.com the site is setup on a VPS server. monthly server payments are about $47 month. with 320MB of RAM and 20GB hard drive and 275GB of bandwidth and never had a problem with it.

Maintenance is very little the site practically runs it self. I do have 2 staff members which monitor the sites activity... chat forums blogs etc...

Updates can be made if needed via phpfox support center they offer patches and updates as well as mods regularly. The site now it up to date.

currently the site only has one banner at the moment that's why the site needs adsense optimisation

 

Your Adsense earnings seem to have tanked since December, is there a reason for that?
