Lets say the most typed keyword you want is:

    UK FLOWER SHOW

    but optimise for

    FLOWER SHOW UK

does Googl3 automatically swap the word around and therefore you also rank for UK FLOWER SHOW?

    My Dear Freind

The answer is yes. you can

It is not possible but you have to create back link for both the keywords unless it is not possible.

Now how it is possible listen.

Every problem have solution. so if you create backlink for UK FLOWER SHOW then definitely FLOWER SHOW UK can also be top in google but you have to create double the backlinks for the keywords which brought your 1st keyword top in google.com

Yes, Google will definitely swap the words but write some articles for "UK FLOWER SHOW" and submit them in respective directories and try to create backlinks also for both the keywords.
    All the best ...:)

I dont think it will automatically swap the words around but because of the relevance, just a different order i would say its still going to help your ranking.
