    actually it AMD Cool n Quite tech magic
    The processor frequency changes according to the usages

    which saves power and so lesser heat...

    just download AMD cool n quite drivers from AMD.com and then enable it from BIOS and then set your Power settings to MINIMAL POWER MANAGEMENT


    RC1 is a testing phase
    so its NOT the final one :)

    I m using the ROYAL theme officially provided by Microsoft
    just Google for ROYAL THEME for Windows u will get it
