This is a racist move by the israeli government to diminish more sources of Palestinian livelihood. Can you believe, stolen israeli cars used in Palestine??? These people can't get food, water and medicines, leave alone stolen cars...
They have no water, no food, but you think they already have a ready supply of parts to repair cars? You are almost there... See, as you said, they are short on supplies. Guess where they get the parts used to repair cars . . . That's right, stolen Israeli cars. So, when Israel says no more repairs from these shops, the demand for stolen cars (to be used for parts) goes down. It is a shame these types of laws are required. The penalty seems a bit excessive though.
