Posting images and blogging about the subject.

I was wondering if this was allowed, like posting the image of "The Hulk" for the new up coming movie on my blog, and then writing my own opinon or review about it.

NOw from what I read, this falls in the category of "Fair Use" , basically posting a movie clip or image...and talking about it.

Would this be in compliance?

Basically, you can do so.
But the copyright of "the hulk" is in question.

 

Well, it kind of sucks if you have all TEXT on your site, and not throw a few pictures up here and there to brighten it up, right?

 

hmmm... Id like to know the answer to this also... I am thinking of doing a blog/website to review the latest music albums ... give my opinion and see what other people have to say about them

 

Well if its not allow them most of these celeb sites and movie review sites would be baned from AdSense. I have never seen that happen.

 

Yeah, like an Album cover or something.
