Should I make a new account?

    Hi,

Approximately 9 months ago I signed up for a new AdSense account, but after receiving approval for an account, I never acted on it and just left it. I never 'activated it' or anything, or even logged into the account.

Now I'm wishing to apply to AdSense on a new site, with a new email address and everything else. It's just that the old approved application's details will be the same (Name, address etc).

Now I cannot find the email address I used, it's password or anything.

Do you think I could go ahead and make another application? I'm worried that Google may think I'm trying to have two accounts, which is against the TOS.

    Thanks

Just go ahead and apply. Google will see that you have an account already and cancel the account you just signed up for. From there they will send you and email saying they denied your account, and all you have to do is replay to that message and they will work with you to cancel your old account.

No, you should terminate the old Adsense account first.

can you provide the source of this info? you can only apply for one account. just because you lost your login info doesn;t give you a reason to make another acocunt. you do that and you will get banned.

please email adsense support and explain the situation. either they can help to recover the account info or tell to to go ahead with another account. bu i would not create another account without getting OK from google

The source is directly from the adsense team. I had lost my eamil account password so the guy could not close my account if i did not use my adsense email login. He told me to creat another account and he'll work with me to creat another account after I had been denied.
PS. I can give you the email if you want. :)

IMO, you should not try to open a new account. Try to search the email address which you used for registration. Else contact Google Staff and see what they have to say on this.
