Have a look at http://www.hypercloak.com and you'll see the MySpace support and the YouTube support in action. (sorry about the ads, but it's one of my live proxy sites and the only one running the latest version of the plugins) For anyone that is interested, just shoot me a PM and we can work something out. Specific MySpace fixes in place are... - Login fix - Compose, reply and forward messages (including captcha support) - View, post and comment bulletins - Comment profiles - Approve profile comments - Edit Top Friends
I'm been thinking about providing the custom script for $79, which includes the MySpace and YouTube plugins, but will do an early bird price of maybe $49 to kick things off for the first few copies to get it out there. The modified proxy script does a number of things that phproxy doesn't. It gives you cURL for greater speed, browser cache support for reduced traffic, easy proxified page ad placement (including analytics code) and a whole bunch of other 'under the hood' technical improvements to fix issues or improve performance... If you're just wanting the MySpace/YouTube fixes, then that will probably still be around the $39-$49 mark as the work to both build and maintain these fixes is significant, and I do provide support...
hi almecho Have you ran any test on this script in terms of the amount of server resources the stock phproxy uses in comparsion with your modded version? Will you be supporting this script after its sold for free updates?
I've just put it up on www.hypercloak.com and started promoting the site, but it's a bit hard to tell bandwidth wise as with YouTube turned on, it just sucks down the bandwidth (as you'd expect) I put an early version (without YouTube) up on a couple of sites last week, and saw significant improvements with the amount of bandwidth used, with those sites using the modified script using around 40% less bandwidth overall. nice... That's going to translate in to a similarly reduced load as well obviously. As for support, absolutely I'll be supporting this. I work online full time now and I'll be using it myself to run over 100 sites in my own expanding network...
Well, Can anyone tell me the script/software where I can send the mass mails, I've large amount of email addresses - Imran
phplist? If you have a large subscriber base, I suggest you don't use the script on shared hosting 2¢
Well I can sent 200 mails/hour, So is there any software/script exist to sent 200 mails per hour? BTW : I've my own dedicated server - Imran
ok ive registered at adsense and im trying to get the code for the ads. i got up to "Choose Ad Channels" what do i do there?
create a channel ( write a name ) or skip this section to get the code without a name for a channel . The channels can help you see what placement is better
If you are talking about setting up a proxy, you do not need to go through all that hassle. All you need to do is to get a free template, place in you pub id code and you are off to making some cash.
I have some questions: 1.which script should I use? glype or phproxy? 2.is there any free moded glype or phproxy script? 3.What are the best ways to monetize proxies? Thanks Please answer my questions.
How about using phphantom or zelune, phphantom is the newest and they are sorting out the youtube and myspace glitches that you tend to get with other scripts. The best ways to monetize a proxy site are mainly with adsense, you could also start your own newsletter for weekly proxy sites. you can sign up with aweber for this however it does cost $20 a month. Thanks Will.
PHpantom is still in beta, http://www.phphantom.com/scripts.php there is also Zelune.com (v2.3 (free) http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=777544) I use Glype on about 70% of my proxies, also free (glype.com) Zelune.net hasn't been updated for awhile, it looks like they don't even offer a download of the script itself, unless you count the templates. You could also use bblocked (bblocked.org) or Surrogafier (http://bcable.net/project.php?surrogafier), both haven't been updated in awhile either. I highly recommend Glype, as for PHpantom I will have to wait & see as I wasn't too impressed with the v1.0 beta & never asked nor wanted to try v1.5 when it was offered (http://www.webproxytalk.com/phphantom-beta-version-1-5-t-455-3.html)
