I requested my VPS via PM. Zebulon contacted me and we talked on msn. He answered my questions like: site migration, and support inquiries, and I decided to try it out. They had the VPS up and running within 20 minutes of me signing up. They had my site migrated to the new vps and set up in under an hour. I've submitted one support ticket for a DNS error (I didnt know how to create my own nameservers). They replied promptly with a tutorial and offered to do it for me if I didn't want to. I have had this VPS for almost a week now, and no issues. Speeds and resources are great. Highly recommended.
