    do they really work?
    Will i get banned for signing up like this?
    I read some other post that some account are getting banned due to huge volume or $50 voucher signup etc.. I am quite confused.

    No, you won't get banned. The worst that will happen is they will not credit your account.
    If I was you, look in the voucher section. I bought a $60 for $9....well worth the money IMO.

    Remember when there was a lot of accounts with $50 credit for $5 or less ? The link in the first post is where all people go to create all those accounts.

    Adwords will just stop your campaign, if you are not from USA, if you have a virtual credit card, and so on...
    There is an ebook out there with that link and how to create those $50 accounts.
