How can google adsense open and show for me (i can login my account adsense)

You may try to send an email back to Google, and say you have corrected all the mistakes and the site now complies with the Program policies. Google may re-able your site to serve ads.

You have Bidadvertise on same website. I don't know when you kept bidadvertise on your site. (May be you have kept it after google banned your site). It's against TOS, you cant keep this on same page on which you have adsense.

BTW if you have kept Bidadvertise on site after(or before) google banned your site, remove these ads and send a mail to google support team with detailed description that you have removed inappropriate content (if you have really done!!). Within 15 days they will check your account. and if they found everythig ok, your banned site will be unbanned.

 

You got one website banned but you can use adsense normally in other websites, don't worry just contact.

Bogus, it seems like crap to me.

 

That sucks, so they banned your url. well time to buy another domain for your adsense. Or contact them again and explain your situation to them in detail and ask what you can do to reinstate your current url to be compliant with TOS.

 

Can i addon domain to timlua.com

or remove domain timlua.com and add new domain http://mm99.info at that host?

 

I wouldn't remove it, but adding another to your hosting wouldn't hurt. What do you want to do with your site?
