    I have a small feeling that this thread was created to produce referral signups and this is basically an ad to go there or for people to request more info.

    I'm pretty sure it's against the terms of service for the forum (advertising - blog & link spam)to create a post asking "Does the Revolution $25 Signup Bonus Work?" as a cheap attempt to refer members to a referral link based blog article that's all about how the posted got paid $25 by the very same offer.
