One odd thing i just noticed is that whenever I view any of my sites with the advertisement from www.pay-ads.com (the first two) in Opera it shows about 140 images loading!! When I only have a few. But if i view my other site, myspace-unblock, it shows a normal amount of images loading.

Could this have something to do with the iFrame that www.pay-ads.com uses?
Would this be something to worry about?

I would suspect you've been banned for using forced ads on a proxy site. This may be the reason, but, with all sites like these - you're always running a high risk of getting banned all the time.

I also can't see Google thinking highly of a one-page website full of adverts from here, there and everyhere. Then again, you did serve pay-ads.com adverts on your site. If you server them any longer, your site would have been banned from Google SE too, as many sites have done previously.

Ask why, politely, if they won't reinstate your account, go elsewhere;)

Well, I only placed the other ads after I was banned. Before, I was only using GoogleAdsense.
I tried appealing, to no avail - now I'm using Bidvertiser - not as good, but it gets the job done ;)

Also, I assume you're referring to the pay-ads.com ads as forced ads?

You have absolutely like zero content on these sites. They really aren't helpful for people and its clear that you made these sites purely for the purpose of making money with them. I don't know about TOS but I can tell you just from viewing these sites, they do absolutely nothing for me.
