I applied probably like 5 days ago or so and still haven't heard anything back. Also I was wondering if in the future if I have to re-apply for each website I run?

you don't want to apply all websites , just apply with one quality website , better to apply via blogger blog to get activation as fast.

many publishers got approval within 24 hour , that all depends upon site content/traffic quality.

    1) Try and contact them if you can FIRST.
    2) Check your SPAM folders and settings. You might already have been accepted.

No, you need not re-apply for every website you run. They all can be managed through the same interface.

I suggest you wait a bit longer. Adsense is not accepting fast these days.

From memory approval didn't take long but the process of opening the account did. From memory I think that after approval they sent a letter with a unique reference. Then they paid an undisclosed amount into my account and I had to let them know how much it was and use the unique reference. By the way, the undisclosed amount wasn't very much.
