Hi... I have hosted my site in a worst web server -- Poor QoS. My site is: www.expertsforge.com... It was generating a good revenue!! But now, It shows account suspended page... All my database and scripts are gone!!! I am trying to contact the Customer support, but they are not picking up the call!!! Hosted at: indiatimes.com Ppl, Please never host your site there... I have also tried lunarpages,,, It rocks!! I am so worried... I have sold some links at the home page to many ppl. <-- Buyers please dont worry, I will extend your time... Always have a local back up. I can not stress that enough to people. Did your host tell you why you got suspended?
I spoke to the host, they told me that my hosting account "Expired"!!! How bad, they did not inform me at all!!! The annual hosting Fee is less than my 1 day's site revenue!! I spoke to them and asked them to enable it for 1 day. And they have done it. I have taken the backup of my DB and other scripts!! thank god.. I have bought a new account at lunarpages and I have mapped my DNS also!! The site will be up in less than 72 hrs!!
your showing an Internal Server Error, thats not a canceled account, thats a script or permissions issue. http://www.expertsforge.com/ or have you already switched hosts?
sawz<- I think the NEW server DNS got updated in your location.. thats the reason you are getting that error.. However, I am not able to test here, as the DNS is still not resolved in my location..
I get the error as well, that has nothing to do with dns This is a permission error, your dns is fine, other wise we would get a server not found page if the dns was not resolved yet.. Check your permissions or contact lunerpages to have them help you. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. That sucks that your site is down, when I ran my web host a lot of people would change their email address and I would be unable to get in contract with them to get an invoice out to them. Maybe you changed your email address over the last year.
This is a very common thing, it is very important to keep your contact information update. That is not only needed for invoices but also for server announcements and maintenance and upgrades to the server that may be of impotence to you. (this may not be your case) Also you should add your hosts email to your address book so that their email does not go into the bulk mail. That also is a huge problem. We run our hosting business and run into this problem all the time. Clients say I did not get the email.. Aimee
yes.. it is a permission issue.. I have given some permission in the Plesk all by myself. But for certain folders, i cannot give the permisssions, So i have raised a ticket in lunarpages. The staff has escalated to a level higher! Its has already taken 12 hrs!! no response from the level 2! I am waiting. The home page is working fine, but the innerpages are not working! - it still gives error 500.
