New site launch

I am just about ready to launch my site, and after reading many topics on here, I am excited for the launch and eager to market the site more......maybe with some of you guy's paid help.

One question I would like to ask is, I have a forum on the site which will need to be moderated, I do not have time to do this myself due to work commitments.

Can anybody suggest if out sourcing the moderation would be a viable idea and what would the potential cost be?

 

I will moderate your forum for $2 an hour.
I work at home and my free time is nuts and I'm always on here so please give me something to do! lol

 

Should'nt a forum always be moderated? What do you suggest would be the best way to do this, and how would I know that is actually being moderated?

 

u can often find people who will volunteer to moderate a forum. Not even the mods here at DP are paid.

Somebody in 'your forum's niche'. You might have to run it some and see who joins. They may already moderate other forums in the same niche.
