I have a website I have decided to sell private advertising on (468x60 banners). The banners will be site-wide and available at the header and footer. The site is a gaming related and demographics are primarily 16-30 year old males. The site is 5 years old and I have been recieving an average of 5,000 uniques per month. I have an extremely dedicated and active forum community that is also on the website (probably where most of the traffic is) where your banner will also be placed.
