Man, I just checked out the LeadFlash site... and they pay out $30 for each Payday Loan lead!!! That's pretty monstrous .

Do they seriously convert as well as everybody else's leads (like Azoogle, CPA Empire, Copeac, etc?)

Since this 1 1/2 year old post was resurrected, I will re-comment. Many things have changed since March 2008 when this post first occurred, including payouts.
