maybe they dont understand what it is, and that it will help you earn money witch would save them money, just explain things better

Definitely try to convince your parents. Or, if you have a friend or relative who is over 18, see if they would signup for you.

Ask your parents or trusted siblings to apply in their identity, and seek permission to work with their account. Signing up at Adsense opens a lot of possibilities, could even go Legal, so it’s nothing to take lightly.
