Couple things... This is a very agressively written offer (and the giant "NO REVIEWS" only added to that) - it would seem you've learnt sales-pitching from the cast of Glen Gary Ross. If you're wanting people to trust you with that so delicate practice which is linkbuilding, you're best showing a little more tact and professionalism. Secondly, you're offering a service to get a site PR3, so the guarantee should follow suit. Only guaranteeing customers "PR2 or your money back" makes you sound like a shady operator and kind of invalidates your claim that you'll get them a PR3 (because PR2 will do). Finally, the price is hyper-inflated to say the least. In this day and age, PR2-3 is not so difficult to acheive, even if your experience is limited to the latest SEO eBook or blog post. I don't often critique other's offers because, well, who am I to criticise. But for someone who has dealt with his fair share of illegit companies and freelancers, I'd advise people to give this one a miss.
