    The traffic rank is around 31k on alexa.org
    Currently PR1

    Domain is about 3 months old

    No longer has a website but I believe it use to be a PTC/GPT website.

    well, without the 'i' it could be worth more.
    I would say build a website get people and sell it for $x.xxx

    Agree with this comment, i together with .net extension lower its value considerably. Develop it into a website and then cash out.
