logo needs to be re-designed ASAP

i have my psd logo but i wish to beautify it.
i found this website logo nice to me and i want the same web 2.0 style.
the background logo color must transparent and match the phpbb3 header's background, too. also, i would love to see the same mirror and glossy effects, as well

hey technorino,

yesterday i paid to a person here but honestly i'm not satisfied with the work he/she did. my understanding for logo is modern times quality, not just half an hour sketch up's drawing...
anyway, i will collect some more portfolios and i will give this small project to the best one.
