    Your question is pretty vague. Do you mean that you want to know if a specific person visited/clicked or just if somebody, in general, did?

    This will probably depend on your hosting setup and ad program, so providing more information would be helpful.

    Normaly you can check it via the adsence CP or your ad CP

    What network are you using at your website?
    Is it Adsense? You can check on your dashboard/adsense account,. As a matter of fact you can check on any dashboard within your network.
    If you are no t using networks and advertisign by yourself, you can chek on your log server.
